I brought trailer in for bad wheel bearing making loud grinding noise. Asked to check to assess which bearings are bad and replace. Picked up, drove off and heard same sound. Brought back and told staff they replaced wrong side and began to argue and lie about wether mechanic checked or not and then said they didn’t test drive, which no company would ever do to determine a bad bearing. They made a mistake and tried to cover it by blaming the customer as to which one should be replaced, instead of determining what happened and make it right they tried to take advantage and set up another charge to replace the one they should have. I paid for replacement for bearings that were good and they made no offer to replace the bad side. Drove home jacked up trailer rotated tire which revealed bad bearings. This company failed on all common practices usually found with mechanic repair jobs: Failed to adhere to customer request for services, did not perform an assessment, misdiagnosed a good bearing and replaced it anyway and then tried to blame the customer instead of making it right. I filed a dispute claim with credit company and they agreed it is disreputable conduct and refunded me. Took it to another service station.
